Unhappy and self-conscious with how you look and feel? Feeling 'lost' when you're in the gym? Overwhelmed by the amount of training and nutrition information out there? Hi, I'm Wai (pronounced “way”) and I've been there.
Being overweight for most of my life, health and fitness were simply not on my radar. I reached a point where I was sick and tired of feeling unhappy with myself. So I bit the bullet, determined to take control.
I had no training experience and was scared of entering the gym so I hired a PT. Through their guidance, I discovered my love for functional fitness and more importantly, gained the self-confidence I'd craved my entire life.
My body and mind can do things the old me never knew they could. Now, I get to pay this forward. Coaching people through their own journeys. Giving them the tools to move better, get fitter, and feel awesome.
My approach:
