Yasmin El-Bir
Health and fitness and, most importantly, eating have always been a huge part of my life. I have always struggled with my weight and as a result I have always participated in sports. I competed in kickboxing at a national level and hold a black belt.
When I turned 16 and hit the gym for the first time, I instantly fell in love and have never looked back since. I am most passionate about running and cycling/spinning and training legs. I hope to one day complete both an ultra-marathon and an Iron Man.
I have completed a BA Degree in Culinary Arts Management and I am a fully qualified chef. With previous experience working at the highest level for Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Waering I understand that people like to eat tasty food. With my chef skills, I have previously created tailor-made recipes for my Personal Training clients which taste amazing whilst remaining healthy and nutritional.
My ethos is health not aesthetics and making a healthy change for life; anyone can go on a crash course diet but what I can guarantee is helping you reach your goals and staying there whilst loving life to the full. I more than anyone know how the demands of work and life can make you take a detour from your healthy living goals. My time working in the Police has only made me see how a lack of a work-life balance makes a healthy lifestyle harder to maintain, but it’s not impossible!
If you have any questions or just fancy a chat please don’t hesitate to stop and speak to me in the gym or pop along to one of my classes. I offer both 1-1 or group Personal Training sessions and bespoke meal plans. If you want to make a healthy change for life and have fun come and see me for a chat.
