A quick hello from me.
I started my fitness journey when I was 15 years old, struggling with my weight and level of fitness. I have since dedicated my time to learn how to help myself become stronger and healthier. Now armed with that knowledge and specialist skillset I will do the same for you.
My business is built on the fundamental beliefs of client empowerment, creating autonomy, going the ‘Extra mile’ to support and encourage and to build client confidence and sustainable progress.
Who’s my service for and what to expect? I work with (not exclusively) and specialise in white collar males aged 30-55, with sedentary lifestyles, high levels of stress, low energy and pressures from family and work, who want to feel and look great again, be active, strong and confident like they were in their twenties. All I ask in return is to give me your best effort and we will make it happen.
The gym is an environment for success but can be daunting and intimidating at times. I know that from my own personal experience. So please don’t isolate yourself on the treadmill, give me a text, call or an email. If you see me on the gym floor, give me a wave and I’ll come over to help you.
