Ven Kanchev
My main goal is to motivate people by inspiring and helping them increase their physical and psychological health. I have been trained in martial arts and self-defence in Bulgaria. This training has helped me realise that a body and mind should work as one in order to achieve inner peace and greatness. By gaining the essential fitness skill, people can stay healthy and promote longevity. I have also spent more than 16 years of lifting weights and educating myself of different methods and techniques. Over these years, I have learned that good physique brings confidence, helps with success and makes a person feel better. I strongly believe that everyone has the right to see their true potential and I know I am capable of helping you do that.
Working with me will not only give great results, but also increase knowledge, long term guidance and motivation. The variety and creativity of my workout plans will make exercing fun and interesting as well as providing you with a reason to continue.
