I specialise in many areas of training and take pride in every single one of them, a lot of Personal Trainers use standard training to get to your weight loss goals or your strength goals or even to gain mass, I have taken time to learn other ways of making training for you, more enjoyable and exciting.

My second priority is to make sure you as a potential client understand everything we are doing from the exercise to the target muscles we are working and why we are working them in the specific exercise. I am your Personal Trainer, personal being someone you can talk to whenever and wherever, trainer being your fitness educator.
