I've been coaching for over four years in a wide range of sports (football, basketball and more) working within professional youth academies and local sports clubs. During this time I've experienced, learnt and developed a passion for training like an athlete getting faster, stronger and fitter.
Being a member here for over three years and training myself prior to PTing, I know the feeling of being stuck in a slump not knowing if I'm doing enough. I also still remember the first few months where I tried every flash training plan and never stuck to it or saw average results.
One of my biggest regrets was I never asked for guidance at that time and I can say that's a big mistake and this halted my progress for months however I encourage you reading this not to make the same mistake.
