I like to focus on the bigger picture, which is implementing small changes that turn into a lifestyle rather than the short term benefits of fitness.
It's imperative my clients enjoy their workout which is why I always use an exciting approach to training tailored to individuals needs, coupled with new methodologies that yield results. Improving clients' athletic performance regardless of their level of fitness is the reason I come into work with a big smile every day. I will incorporate HIIT, SAQ and kettlebells to mention a few into your training and watch you reap the rewards. I also specialise in teaching indoor cycling, suspension fitness.
Getting to where you want to be is a journey I want to be a part of all the way, not just show up when you've reached your destination.
