The most important moment in my life so far was when I stepped foot in the gym.
My name is Torin and I’ve been training for four years. My fitness journey started a very skinny teenager with an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. I struggled with self confidence issues, often using alcohol or worse to fit in with others. My life changed when I made the commitment to the gym and most importantly myself.
My fitness journey has taken me to somewhere I never believed I could be.
Two years on from the date I joined the gym I have gained over a third of my starting body weight as muscle mass and I’m currently competing at British standard as a power-lifter in the Global Power-lifting Committee.
I am passionate about fitness, so whether you are looking to tone up, bulk up or pick yourself up I can guide you to your goals that you dream of achieving. I offer a bespoke service for 1-2-1 training or group sessions with regular checkups, goal setting and specialised equipment all I ask in return is that you are committed to making a change.
