I will create an appropriate and enjoyable programme for us to be able to achieve your goals together and for you to learn the basic principles of your fitness journey, so we can then create a sustainable environment which is individual to you!

A bit about me...I have spent the last seven years travelling and living abroad, setting up bases in Fiji, NZ and AUS. I have always been fascinated with all thing’s health and fitness. This fascination has led me to undertake a degree in Nutrition, which intertwines well with Personal Training.
