I have been a trainer in the industry for the past 10 years and have worked for a number of gym chains in and out of Central London. 

I believe any start to a new programme should include a detailed assessment and screening to individualize a suitable training programme. 

i specialise in functional training, isolated free weight conditioning and boxing. although first i feel its important to set a solid foundation to work from.
