As a Personal Trainer, I aim to make being in the gym a fun and enjoyable experience, whether you are the type of person who doesn't enjoy exercise but wants results or someone who looks forward to a good workout at the end of the day.
I feel it is important to incorporate what you enjoy into your workouts, challenge yourself at every turn and continue to learn more about exercise and nutrition.
Throughout school I was overweight and I know the challenges that you can face when wanting to make a change. From lack of confidence around people who are in shape to controlling your eating habits and more!
The main factors that helped me achieve my goals were knowledge and support.
Previously to becoming a Personal Trainer I was a primary school teacher. I feel that the training and passion to educate that I got from teaching has helped me to be more sympathetic, informative and structure sessions to suit each individual.
