I have a rich experience in sport. I actively trained as a boxer for six years, I was also participating in tournaments. Afterwards, I found passion in fitness and bodybuilding and therefore I qualified as a Personal Trainer and have over seven years' of experience.
As a Personal Trainer, I can run training sessions aimed at muscle gain, conditioning training for athletes as well as sessions for beginners who wish to get fit. I have also trained people who are overweight for whom I would also create a diet plan which resulted in impressive weight loss improve body definition.
