Hey, I'm Tash!
My fitness journey began with me doing the right things for the wrong reasons. I turned to the gym for help with improving my physical appearance, but I ended up finding the true benefits of fitness and I felt everything else in my life fall into place. I understand that for many people - just like myself - the real barrier between you and fitness isn't the physical capabilities, but the mental challenge.
Overcoming these challenges allowed fitness to change my life. My goal is now to share with you the same empowerment and passion that the gym gives me, my passion is to help you feel like your best self.
