Tamas Kos

Hi, I'm Tamas. I have 25 years of sports history, the last 14 years of it is gym related.

I believe in always challenging yourself to learn new methods of training, to never stop expanding. I teach through experience, not through books.

I am confident to say that I can help everyone, even my fellow trainers.

I believe that hard work pays off and that you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it. 

I know you have probably heard this before but it is simple - to hit your targets, you must want it bad enough. Age and condition don't matter. I've worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.

I have worked with asthmatic clients, who did not need an inhaler after three months of training, a 50-year-old, who climbed Kilimanjaro and lost 32kg (five stone) with no sports history, Tough Mudder competitors, and marathon runners.

I know how it feels to have body issues as I used to be overweight. When I first came to England my weight was 18.5 stone (117kg). I was depressed and it was hard to start something new. But I wouldn't be where I am now if I didn't give myself the chance for something better. After six months, my weight went down by 5.1 stone (32.5kg).
