I first joined the gym a few years ago in the hopes of gaining weight and becoming confident in my own body. It soon became a passion of mine and a huge part of my life.
My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help you reach your goals, all whilst making health and fitness a part of your lifestyle. I will make working out something fun and enjoyable, rather than a chore, or something you feel like you have to do.
With previously having a Personal Trainer I understand how influential and beneficial they can be in your life and meeting your specific goals, and that is what I want to be for you.
