Growing up I always had a passion for sports (mainly football and mixed martial arts) but as I grew older I started going to the gym more and thought it would be great if I could share my passion for it with everyone.
After three years in college and university I finally obtained my degree in sport and fitness and as such I think I can offer you the best advice when it comes to training methods and strategies.
Currently, I’m very eager to share my knowledge with anyone looking to keep fit or make drastic changes to their body and health. Personally, I enjoy keeping myself fit and eating healthy (granted not all the time) and if I’m not in the gym then I’m probably at the football.
I can’t wait to meet you and start working together on helping you achieve the best possible version of yourself. whilst improving and maintaining your health and wellbeing.
