I believe true change comes from within. We all have a desire to become fitter and stronger; we know exercise makes us feel better, we all want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But it's difficult when you don't know how to hit your goals. It's even more difficult to be consistent.
This can all change when you find the right person to motivate and support you; ensuring you take those first steps in building a positive mindset, and a real drive to change for the good.
My passion for fitness began when I learnt how to lift weights, exercise in a way that I enjoyed and more importantly, eat well. That's when my body, and mind, really started to change for the better.
