Hi, my name’s Sophie.
I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness and take pride in helping other people reach their goals. Fitness helps people in many ways, whether it be mentally, physically and even socially and I take it upon myself to help people reap these benefits.
Currently I am studying Sport and Exercise Science at University and love to be able to share my education with my clients and be able to put my knowledge into practical use.
To help you achieve your goals, I will work with you to design a tailored programme and provide constant communication to help motivate you and keep you on track, so I can help you to be the best that you possibly can be.
I understand that changing your lifestyle can be difficult, and that’s why I aim to help you in every way possible.
I will create fun and enjoyable sessions for you that will help to build and develop muscular strength and endurance, help you to lose body fat, or to just generally increase your fitness levels.
