For the last six years, including my time at university studying Sports Therapy, I have dedicated myself to understanding how the body works and how to keep it functioning optimally. With this knowledge, I myself have lost fat, and gained muscle, strength and confidence; my aim is to help you do the same.
I have been a Personal Trainer at Regent Street for the last two years and I specialise in body fat reduction and recomposition by strength training. An average clients journey is at least 3-6 months, and in this time I have helped my clients collectively lose 79kg and 85 inches, and on average 4% body fat, with one client losing a total of 26kg and we are still working together today! Alongside gaining strength, toning up and boosting their confidence, all clients have improved their fitness levels and overall health.
This process is a long one; it is a lifestyle change that will take a lot of time, effort and consistency on your part. I will be there every step of the way to support you on your way to reaching your goals, and educate you on how to maintain your progress.
