Sophie Haig

Hi, I'm Sophie, I am part of the Personal Training team here at Dunfermline.

I am passionate about health and fitness and the benefits that it can have on all of us.

From a young age, I have been involved in sport, starting with gymnastics, then learning to swim. I then started to compete in swimming competitions which involved training every day including early mornings which required dedication and commitment.

I understand the benefits and impact diet and exercise can have on an individual, not just helping with your physical fitness but also building your self-esteem.

I'm a very approachable and friendly individual. As your Personal Trainer, I believe that I can help motivate you to achieve your targets and goals, whether it's to improve your general fitness or training for a special event or just toning up.

By staying focused and with hard work success will come.

With hard work and commitment, you will see the transformation and feel the health benefits and this will help motivate you to do more.

I believe that being in control of your fitness you will feel good, look great and live a happy life.
