Siobhan Scothern
Hey, my name's Siobhan!
I am a very enthusiastic Personal Trainer, I am passionate about helping others find their motivation and drive to become happier and more body confident, and just to become the best version of themselves possible.
I have struggled with my own confidence in the past and have not always been the most confident in my self and my own image. I am also a working mother of two young energetic boys so I understand the challenges of trying to prioritise your health and fitness in with a busy lifestyle. Through my own personal struggles and fitness journey, I have gained skills in self discipline and motivation. I now bring these skills forward in my career to help my clients to see the benefits of making fitness a priority and help them to be more confident in believing they can achieve their goals.
I help my clients if they are struggling to feel motivated with their fitness inside and outside of the gym by offering training programmes to train alongside me in 1-1 sessions or alone in the gym, also I offer workouts to take home for a bit of an extra challenge.
With a variety of different workouts it never gets boring, there is always something new and exciting to challenge my clients and push them to the next level.
I also offer nutrition plans and advice to guarantee amazing results!
