I offer bespoke Personal Training for all levels and abilities. I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals using the appliance of science, creative thinking, enthusiasm and hard work. From absolute beginners who need to know how to exercise effectively and safely to those life-long exercisers who require fine-tuning and will benefit from marginal gains, my goal is to ensure you meet yours. I don’t offer unrealistic quick fixes but promise results if my programmes are followed. Personal Training case management for major events is a speciality.
I also offer a physiotherapy service not only treating injuries but providing advice and training on how to reduce your injury risk. Rehabilitation from complex injuries is a speciality.
I am one of London’s leading health and fitness professionals with over two decades working with Personal Training and physiotherapy clients, amateurs through to professional athletes. Being both a Personal Trainer and physiotherapist, I have a unique set of skills that can be used to your advantage if you decide to work with me. I am a graduate of two leading UK Universities and have maintained my training/reflective practice since my first graduation in 1996.
I am a life-long exerciser and practice what I preach (nearly always!). I play 11 a side football weekly and train 5-6 times a week. I have also surfed and trekked world-wide in a range of conditions and completed several long-distance bike rides.
