Sereen Stewart
Hi, I’m Sereen, my friends call me Reeny!
Overweight and depressed after I had my last child four years ago yet determined to make a change, I developed a passion for nutrition and exercise. I lost five dress sizes in five months, and have maintained it, becoming an inspiration to my peers and so determined to help others to do the same that I decided to study the Diploma in Personal Training.
I can really relate to that lack of self-belief us mothers and women in general have when it comes to losing that baby weight and feeling attractive again and I am committed to helping you do exactly what I did and become the “Best Version of Yourself” and rediscover the person you thought you’d lost!
I can relate to walking into a gym thinking that everyone is staring at me and wondering what I think I’m doing there!
Practising self-love and managing a family: gaining the belief that you can: becoming the change you want to see can be challenging but not impossible, especially with the right support.
Eating right and keeping fit isn’t an overnight transformation but a lifestyle change that I can help you achieve from a place of experience and knowledge to empower you to develop a healthier mind, body and spirit 360, because you can!
Currently studying Specialisations in Seniors and Women’s Fitness, I am motivated to help men and women live their best lives and become the best versions of themselves. It’s never too late.
Drop me a call/text/email, let's talk about the rest of your life!
