My background in fitness is that I competed in Muay Thai Boxing for 15 years where I picked up the tools to teach by showing people the methods that worked for me within the sport. I am now a recent father who is trying to be a proud role model for my son setting the example on how to live a better lifestyle. Currently I study psychology out with Personal Training trying to pick up more tips and tricks to create better methods to positively change people’s lives. All the questions asked above were or still are my goals within fitness - so hopefully I can extend the answers I’ve found to you.

• Monday: 6.30am - 4pm
• Tuesday: 6.30am – 8.30am/ 4.30pm – 7.30pm
• Wednesday: 6.30am – 8.30am/ 4.30pm – 7.30pm
• Thursday: 6am – 8am/ 4.30pm – 7.30pm
• Friday: 6am – 8am/ 4.30pm – 7.30pm
• Saturday: 11am – 1pm

  • BSc (Hons) Psychology
  • REPS Level 2 & 3 Qualified
  • SFA Level 3 Coaching Award
  • 15 Years Boxing/ Martial Arts Experience
