To me it's a way of life, it's self-exploration, living a higher quality of life, not just existing. This is why I got into the Personal Training industry.

I specialise in Strength and Conditioning training and delve into different areas of gymnastics, body flow, kettlebells and Olympic lifting. I have been part of a mentorship with Australian Strength and Conditioning coach Keegan Smith along with many other courses and worked at Brisbane Strength and Movement, a high performance facility. During this time, I have worked with teenage athletes to everyday Joe's to top professional athletes in Australia.
