Hi, I'm Saskia!
The gym can be intimidating; not knowing where to start, which exercises are for what or how to use the machines.
My main aim as a trainer is to help you become both fitter and stronger, but also more confident, and give you the knowledge and skills to endure being active stays part of your life for years to come.
I will help you reach the mindset of being proud of what your body can do. Not just what it looks like.
I want to show you that fitness is so much more than running on a treadmill or shredding a couple of pounds; whether you want to do your first pull up, be as conditioned as an athlete or hit a deadlift PB, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
