Hi, I'm Sarah,

I specialise in training females between the ages of 18-65. Knowing how intimidating the gym can be for a female, I want encourage and motivate others, and to show just how enjoyable the gym can really be!
My specialist areas include nutritional guidance, fat loss, muscle tone, improving your coordination and balance, postural corrective exercise, and improving mental wellbeing.

So whatever your goal, I want to help you overcome the fears and anxiety that the gym can create, and develop a strong, confident, new you!
