I have always been into fitness from a young age, I did gymnastics as well as kickboxing. Becoming a mother I found it hard to loose the baby weight, trying to balance childcare and exercising was challenging. Starting the journey is hard but once you take that first step the rest will follow. I found that within a year I had lost 4 and a half stone, becoming the healthiest and fittest I had ever been. My confidence grew and with that I found my passion for helping others with their health and fitness.

I have helped many clients through rehabilitation exercises to be able to overcome pre-existing injuries. Helping clients with their weight loss and muscle gain is very rewarding in its own right. Within my training programs I look at posture and body balance, getting your muscles to work evenly and therefore reducing aches and pains from over powering muscles. My training programs have also worked really well with also those problem areas that we struggle so much with.

With my support and advice I believe anything is possible. Lets battle together to tighten up those arms, blast that belly and sculpt lovely legs. I was my own motivation and that can be challenging. So allow me to be your motivation and I will give you the determination to reach your goals. Whether you want to focus on weight loss, toning or muscle gain.
