I am here to help you become the best version of yourself. The most confident version. The strongest version. 

It is my job to guide and motivate you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

I work (not exclusively) predominantly with men around the age of 30 - 50 years who have not seen many results when working on cardio machines only or have thought about using weights in their routine.

We would be working on strength training and building muscle in order to create a more desirable toned body shape.  Burning that stubborn fat by changing your lifestyle and doing something different to the standard cardio/ cross trainer.

My passion for health and fitness started at a young age when training in martial arts and swimming. Since then, I have trained in a range of martial arts from Brazilian jujitsu, Muay Thai and MMA.

This passion has pushed me to train consistently throughout my life. That's why I am here, to help you find your passion in this lifestyle rather than it being a chore. 

With my background in Nutrition and Exercise, we will hit your goals running.
