Sam Gittins
Hi, I'm Sam! Unlike many professionals within the fitness industry, I admit I haven't always been passionate about exercise. As a youngster, I found it boring and a chore.
It wasn't until I made a decision to improve my lifestyle quite some time ago that I realised what an astounding effect regular exercise and healthy eating can have on your life, and the quality of it, both physically and mentally. My interest and enthusiasm grew and I wanted to learn more and more about the subject and the science behind it!
I have therefore completed my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, which includes nutritional advice, and in addition, I'm currently studying for an Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Adviser Certificate.
My aim is to ensure that my clients achieve the goals they set for themselves by providing Personal Training sessions that are challenging, enjoyable, specific and progressive.
