Sam Brookes

I've been training religiously since the age of 14, and knew from a young age I would begin work as a Personal Trainer. I have a huge passion for fitness, with a specific focus on nutrition and good health.

I've been a PT for four years now and have worked with all sorts of clients, whether it's fat loss, muscle building, power lifting, or working with elderly and disabled people. My areas of expertise are strength training, calisthenics, and fat loss.

We set big goals for each quarter of the year, and we simply do whatever it takes to get there. Monthly fitness tests, detailed nutritional analysis, workout plans outside of PT sessions and client meet-ups are some of the factors involved in my Personal Training strategy.

I'm a Nutritional Therapy Student at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol and soon to be qualified in 2020. The aim is to achieve optimal health from all angles; specifically support any health conditions through nutrition, stress reduction, and mentally motivating the client for long term success in fitness.
