Hi, I'm Sam. I am a type 1 diabetic and have trained in multiple disciplines for the last 15 years including powerlifting, bodybuilding, and parkour/free running.
As a trainer my ethos is to make you strong and confident inside and outside the gym and to help you unleash your inner potential.
