Ryan Thomas
I've been involved in sport from a very young age, playing football at county and academy level. Alongside that I've also played basketball, competed in athletics, as well as having a hand in many other sports. I've always been a team player and was often the captain of the football teams I played in.
In doing so I've always had a willingness to help others, which has led me to pursue a career in health and fitness - more specifically Personal Training. That experience compelled me to put myself in a position where I could take out all of the guesswork for others and put them on a plan that was safe and effective.
I pay close attention to my clients and educate them as much as possible. Whatever your goals are, feel free to approach me on the gym floor for a chat about how we can get you the body and health you’ve always wanted!
