Robert Furnell
Having been involved in sports from an early age, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in how the right exercise programme can change your physical and mental wellbeing. From football to cricket, rugby to climbing and even athletics, I have competed in all of these very unique and demanding disciplines. Each one required a different level of physical and mental focus. Through hard training with each of my different coaches for a total of eight years, my body and mind went through some major changes in order to succeed within the different environments.
After many years of competing, I realised that my true calling in life was to help others to achieve their own fitness, sporting and general wellbeing goals.
It is this experience, alongside my qualification in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, which I pride myself to be able to guide you through your physical exercise programme and nutritional advice to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be.
After having a recent struggle with my own mental health, I witnessed, first hand what a massive affect it can have on not only your mental and physical wellbeing but also those around you. I firmly believe that the key to being successful, healthy and mentally well is a balance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and having an individually catered exercise and nutritional programme.
