Rob Ghahremani
Hi! I’m Rob!
I’ve been a professional Personal Trainer for just over two years now, and I’m continually learning and searching for ways to improve my service and myself. Over the years I have learned that I am best suited to working with (but not exclusively) people who may be lacking confidence in the gym environment as I understand the psychological benefits that training has on an individual. We all need a helping hand from time to time, and I’d like to be the one to provide the guidance you may need. Additionally, I am very much so a specialist in dealing with injury and disability (both physical and mental).
I have a vast background in a number of sports at a semi-professional level so naturally the gym has been a pivotal part of my own lifestyle for over a decade. I graduated from university with a law degree in 2015. I’m not exactly your conventional Personal Trainer and I have a pretty outgoing personality.
I hope to be able to help you achieve your goals and overcome whatever barriers you may be facing by providing my expert knowledge and guidance. From me you will receive a 100% individualised service. I understand that external pressures such as work and family commitments can make exercise a secondary thought. As long as you are willing to make a small but committed change over a period of time, whilst being open and honest about the struggles you’re facing, I can guarantee results.
