Throughout my life, I’ve been in and out of sports and exercise, but for the last 2-3 years, I have been fully committed to training almost every day.
I strongly believe that physical training is the best form of therapy. There is nothing more satisfying than pushing yourself to be better and better, breaking through the pain barrier, smashing your fitness goals and feeling the release of endorphins as you exercise.
