Rhian Williams
Hey! Just a quick bit of background information on me, I have always been involved in sport through competing internationally in athletics since the age of 14. Since then I have expanded my passion into a career, first by achieving a degree in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage, before branching into the world of Personal Training! I absolutely love training, and being able to work will people in order to achieve what they’ve always wanted! Training not only improves physical health but mental health also, which in my eyes is just as important!
I specialise, but not exclusively, working with females between the age range of 20-45. I feel as though my past experiences and understanding of the daily internal and external pressures for women and I am able to aid with increasing self confidence, improving motivation and educating you so you truly understand what a healthy, balanced lifestyle is in order to make long-lasting changes.
As mentioned before I am a qualified Sport Rehabilitator and Masseuse. I work with my clients in order to decrease pain, increase range of movement and improve overall posture. Once these foundations are built, you are able to continuously progress in order to train at maximum potential!
So do you have an injury that is getting in the way of you achieving your goals?
Is your injury starting to affect day to day life?
