Rebecca Tonsley

Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am a Fitness and Motivation Coach who works with clients looking to lose weight and/or improve health through a structured nutrition and exercise programme.

 

I am a qualified Master Trainer through the European Institute of Fitness and have my REPs level 3 in Personal Training. I specialise in motivational and lifestyle coaching, nutrition and weight management including accelerated fat loss.

 

I have experience of working with clients requiring corrective exercise, postural retraining and clients with Diabetes, High BP, Arthritis, Pre and Post-natal care or Back care issues.

 

My passion for fitness started at an early age when I used to compete nationally in swimming and has continued to grow.  Now in my 40’s you can find me on stage in masters bikini bodybuilding, a muddy pair of boots hiking, with my board surfing and lots more in between.

 

I know first-hand how regular exercise and proper nutrition can benefit your everyday life and state of mind. My goal is to help others to live a happier and healthier life.
