With over 15 years of working with a variety of different clients, I have been able to demonstrate my unique knowledge and practical skill set to facilitate continuous achievement while enabling clients to achieve their desired goals.
I have created Phat fitness which allows me to provide structured programmes that are individually set to your need and skill set. Phat fitness is designed for clients who feel that the impossible will never be possible. Your goals won’t come in a day but with consistency and hard work you can be sure that you will be able to begin the first steps with achieving your goal whether that be general fitness, functional based exercise, flexibility, weight loss, or endurance you can be sure to achieve.
With my experience in life as well as achieving my own fitness goals. I can provide a strategy that will create success for you whether that be fitness in the gym or the right nutritional guidance that’s best suited to you.
