Ray Deans
We all know where we are and where we want to go. My job as your Personal Trainer is to steer you through that journey via the shortest route and get you ready for whatever life has to throw at you. I specialise in Weight Loss, Body Shaping, General Fitness and S&C for Running.
I also work with those who have never trained before, are returning to the gym after a break and those who are not prepared to hang up their trainers yet. I particularly enjoy helping those who have set targets for themselves, whether this be looking great on your big day or that holiday, or running a 5K (or farther!) – nothing is impossible.
I will treat you like all my clients using progressive exercises and techniques to ensure a safe journey. I will work with you at a time that suits you and can train with you 1-2-1, as a couple or small group.
