Hello, my name is Rachel and I am a Personal Trainer for PureGym!
My personal experience and passion has come from my own fitness journey (which is an on-going journey to this day). After having my daughter in 2013, I had a sudden desire to want to exercise and do something for my wellbeing. It started with home workouts in my bedroom whilst my daughter slept, then once she started Preschool, I made the decision to join a gym in 2016 and took on a Personal Trainer since then I have never looked back and my confidence and self-belief has only grown.
Throughout my own fitness journey my passion for the industry and fitness itself has only increased over time. I decided that I would absolutely love to become a Personal Trainer and help women like I was once helped! I know the gym can be a very intimidating and overwhelming place to be but with my help, support and guidance I can help you achieve your goals!
