My interest in health and fitness started when I wanted to create a better body for myself but it turned into more than a hobby. I obtained my HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise as well as my Level 3 Personal Trainer after three years of studying so that I could further my knowledge and help others to do what I wanted for myself!
To reach your full potential you need to look at your lifestyle as a whole! This doesn't mean changing the way you live, but adapting some of the factors in a way that will promote changes to your body. I can help you identify these factors and create ways in which you can resolve issues affecting your progress.

I also have experience in pre and post-natal exercise and sports specific training.
