Hi I’m Phil, welcome to PureGym Bangor. I hope you're having a good day.

As a Personal Trainer here at PureGym Bangor my job is to help someone reach their goal but I want to do it so they are getting happier, fitter and more confident. I want to help people smash their results and learn in the process how to sustain it all year around and be more confident in the gym, to enjoy their training and nutrition plus hopefully have a better outlook on themselves and life!
