Petr Mach
My name is Petr Mach and I was lucky enough to play football for 12 years professionally. However, after having several knee injuries I had to finish playing professionally.
I always wanted to stay in the sport; therefore, I chose to become a Personal Trainer specialising on people who want to fulfil their fitness potential to the best of their ability in anything they want to achieve, whether it is lose weight, shape up or to improve performance as a professional athlete.
I have special interest in posture improvement and core strength which are the foundation to any movement. Good aligned posture and strong core helps you remove pain such as lower back pain, knee, hip or shoulder pain. The training system I use is created by Functional Patterns specifically to our genetic traits as a human. I believe that our body should be functional for our whole life not just when we are young. Think about your body for the future not if it looks good on the beach today.
