My name is Peter. Since I was six, I have been interested in fitness and martial arts. I have experienced in Taekwondo, MMA, fencing and was an instructor for Wing Chun while I was in Hong Kong.
Two years ago, I left my sedentary job in order to work on my physical health while spending more time with my family.
Ever since I started my journey into the pursuit of fitness, I have significantly decreased my body fat percentage and consistently improving on my fitness.

I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals.
