Pavla Machova

Hello there! 

My name is Pavla and I am one of the Personal Trainers (as well as managers) here in Moston! 

I usually work with clients who don't have the best relationship with food, who are looking to lose some weight without cutting out food groups (yes, you can have some chocolate every day and even carbs at night).

I enjoy myth-busting and teaching you why headlines of magazines are not the best way to approach weight loss or healthy lifestyle in general. I am an evidence-based professional currently studying Mac-Nutrition-Uni, reading research papers and making sure I am up to date with all relevant research that may help you reach your goals. 

Once we do few 1-2-1 sessions together where I can see what is your level of fitness, I can then move you onto Online Coaching where you can save some pennies and progress further.
