Hi, my name is Paul, and quite frankly I’m a fitness geek. Always reading blog articles and listening to podcasts with the aim of passing that knowledge onto my clients.
I have played sport since I was eight years old and have been a gym member since I was 16. In that time I have seen a lot of fads come and go and have developed a personal interest in functional movements, but in my opinion, there really is no substitute for hard work. That is what you will get. You will have fun but you will also work hard and you may hate me at times, but my promise to you is that you will look back on those tougher sessions with a sense of pride knowing how far you have come since you started.
