Who wants to feel better about themselves? We all do right? This is what I’m all about, making people feel better and there’s no better way to do that to show them new ways to work out, feel good, get fitter, healthier, faster and stronger while having loads of fun.

 

With me you’ll be given varied strength and fat burning workouts while changing your shape and your life for the better. This includes both indoor and outdoor workouts, obviously dependant on season and weather. Trust me it’s a lot of fun and it makes you feel great.

 

Much of my spare time is taken up with competing in outdoor events like Tough Mudder, Spartan and an awful lot of running around the streets and woodlands of Sheffield. We have a fantastic city and surrounding area so why not use it to its full potential. I also have a running group that happens twice a week from the gym around the local area so if you enjoy running or want to start then why not come out with us, get to know the group and see how you feel after. We’re really friendly and you’ll feel very welcome.

 

The main thing I offer and provide to my clients is regular contact and support seven days a week via phone, email, text or social media. You’ll get a trainer who cares about you and your progress and adapts to suit it along your health and fitness journey. You’ll get a trainer who listens to you, understands that life happens and builds you up on the down days. Most of all you’ll have lots of fun and laughs that will leave you feeling happy and motivated by the end of your session and beyond it. Ready? Let’s do it.
