Some people go to the gym and hide because they are unsure or scared, but I will help build your confidence and make you feel like the gym is a place you want to be in!
I used to go to the gym with no clue about what I was doing or if it was correct but kept going as I was too embarrassed to ask for help. I wish I did as it would have saved me years of 'guessing'.
After losing about three stone in weight, and working on toning myself up, I decided that I want to learn more and help other people who may be in the same position as I was.
Whether it's to build muscle or lose weight, I will be there with you every step of the way to get you to where you want to be.
