My name is Pa, also known as ‘No1 Cardio King’. I am a qualified professional Personal Trainer as of 2013. Prior to the qualification, I had over 20 years' experience in the fitness industry doing boxing, weightlifting and martial arts, mainly Muay Thai as my hobbies.
I love keeping fit and the buzz that comes from exercise. It releases stress, helps to prevent disease and illness, to mention a few. I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and adopt healthier lifestyles.
Within 30 minutes of our consultation, I will determine the best approach to achieving your goals by using correct, safe, tried and tested formulas. I also give nutritional guidance.
